Lost Package Policy — Carrier Risk; Insurance Optional

Once an order is accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), it is in the carrier’s custody and subject to the carrier’s handling and timelines. **Orders are non-refundable, including in the event of carrier delay or loss.**

– **Tracking shows delivered, not received:** Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. This typically indicates misdelivery or theft after delivery, which is outside our control. We do not refund or replace packages the carrier has marked delivered. You may file a claim directly with the carrier.
– **No movement / potentially lost in transit:** If tracking shows no movement for **[7] consecutive business days**, contact us so we can help open a carrier trace. Resolution depends on the outcome of the carrier investigation.
– **Shipping insurance:** Insurance is offered as an optional add-on at checkout. If you purchased insurance and the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, you are eligible for a one-time replacement. If you declined insurance, the risk of loss passes to you at the time of carrier acceptance, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

This policy is non-negotiable. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against carrier loss.
